Properties & Features:Insoluble sulfur (IS-HS) OT20 is a non-blooming vulcanizing agent for unsaturated rubbers. It is insoluble in rubbers, will retard bin scorch, prevent migration of sulfur and preserve surface tack. At vulcanization temperature Insoluble sulfur (IS-HS) OT20 will depolymerize to solube sulfur and will behave similar to “rubber maker’s” sulfur. Insoluble sulfur (IS-HS) OT20 is a special grade with high thermal stability. It’ is used in compounds containing a relatively large sulfur loading above the solubility of sulfur in the rubber without non-staining and non-discoloring. The oil-treated product provides a less dusty environment. Temperature should be kept as low as possible during mixing.

Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, storage temperature less than 40℃,avoiding fire heat, moisture and pressure agglomeration. And it can not be mixed with amines and alkaline substances, preventing blocking from stacking. The validity is six months.
